We always aim to get your games to you as quickly as possible! Orders placed by 2pm EST will ship the same day (with the exception of backordered products).

- Rush - delivered within 1-3 business days (where available)
- Express - delivered within 3-4 business days (where available)
- Standard - delivered within 5-9 business days

Holiday Season Shipping Times
All carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) are experiencing unprecedented holiday shipping volumes, in addition to COVID-19 and winter weather delays.
As a result, shipments may arrive late. Here's what to expect within the contiguous United States (and when to order for delivery by Christmas):
- Holiday Rush - delivered within 1-3 business days
- Order by December 21st
- Holiday Express - delivered within 3-6 business days
- Order by December 17th
- Holiday Standard - delivered within 6-12 business days
- Order by December 14th
Orders placed after these dates may arrive before Christmas, but please don't count on it. If you experience delays please contact us as soon as possible so we can do our best to resolve it.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but at this time we are not able to process international orders through our online store.

Exclusions and Limitations
Due to COVID-19, some orders may be delayed. At the moment, our fulfillment centers are operating with on-time delivery, and most orders are arriving as expected. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by shipment delays and appreciate your understanding.
During the following excluded dates, our fulfillment centers will endeavor to maintain our delivery service level; however, we may be unable to do so due to an unplanned spikes in shipping volume. Excluded dates include (i) warehouse holidays; (ii) “Peak Season” dates including the Friday after Thanksgiving, the week of Cyber-Monday, the first week of December, Mondays during December, December 12th-25th and New Year’s Eve.
